-HAIR TEST REFUND POLICY
We strive for customer satisfaction and hope that you will be happy with your Hair Analysis results from Modern Allergy Management , If you choose not to proceed with your order or hair testing we will offer you a full refund provided that you notify us of your decision to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement and before mailing in your hair sample.
Once you’ve ordered, you will be charged $25 per test deducted from the price you paid for the test if you choose to cancel after 48 hours. If you mailed your hair sample, you will be charged a $40 processing fee per test upon cancellation. All refunds are void after 30 days from time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY You have 24 hours from the time you purchase to cancel your order for a refund, after 24 hours there will be no refunds.
To claim your refund, please email our customer service department at questions info@modernallergymanagement.com and provide the following details:
* Name used to purchase
* Email address used to purchase
*Order number
*Transaction amount
*Date of purchase
*Name of sample
Any mailing costs incurred by you sending in your test will be not be refunded. Please remember that it can take three to five business days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
*PayPal Users: We suggest contacting our office with a refund request before filing a PayPal dispute. PayPal disputes can take up to 6 months before being processed and funds returned to you. We will be able to process a refund request promptly.
